RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty from the manufacturer and not used or dirty.
Additional non-returnable items:
*Bears that are completed with no manufacturer faults
*Blankets that are completed with no manufacturer faults
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Any refunds will be processed through the payment method used to make the purchase.
Refunds are not offered on customized items as they are customized and approved before stitching by yourself. We are unable to on sell the completed custom product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to sales@bearynice.co.nz , from there we will determine the outcome but the decision is final by Berrie Kins Limited T/A Beary Nice.
Gifts
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases that were gifts.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you return a product to us we require this is returned with a tracking number as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the parcel and will not refund or exchange on an item that we do not receive or does not fulfill our requirements.
